injured/sick wild animals in general. (website is under

Carmabi: They conduct biodiversity research and protection
of wildlife habitats, and assist other researchers with their
studies of flora and fauna of Curacao. They assist Curacao Wildlife
with identification and documentation of migrating avians and marine
mammals.
Curacao Sea Aquarium: Assists Curacao Wildlife with rescue and
caring for injured and sick wild sea mammals, fish eating sea birds,
and osprey.
Curacao Tours Info: They provide nature tours on foot, mountainbike,
canoe and by jeep. Assists Curacao Wildlife with
terrestrial/marine mammal, and avian, rescue and monitoring.

Donderdagavond Duik Club: Club of scuba dive enthousiasts,
and retired professional divers. Organizes weekly dive events for
members and non-members. Assists Curacao Wildlife with marine mammal
rescue, and underwater habitat monitoring.

NANCIweb: Netherlands Antilles Nature Conservation
Initiative discussion forum, to exchange information and discuss
issues, strategies and policies relevant to nature conservation
and/or management in or around the islands of the Netherlands
Antilles: Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Maarten.
Stichting Dierenbescherming Curaçao: Animal shelter for
domesticated pets, such as cats, dogs, and parrots.
Their staff brings, or they
inform third parties to bring, injured, ill, and/or orphaned wild
animals to Curacao Wildlife animal care locations and/or volunteers.
Uniek Curacao: They protect and monitor several wildlife
habitats in Curacao, perform habitat cleanup, teach the public about
environmental issues. Uniek Curacao has signed an operational
agreement with Curacao Wildlife to assist each other with
marine/terrestrial mammal, and avian, rescue and monitoring. Also
assists Curacao Wildlife to raise awareness and to educate the
public at large about local indigenous/migratory wild animals and
how to increase positive interaction with wild animals by preventing
a negative experience of the animals themselves.
VOMIL: Dhr. Paul Hoetjes and Dhr. Eric Newton assist Curacao
Wildlife with migrating animal species identification, and provide
info about CITES classification of all wild animals in our region.
Vomil's KNAP Wildlife fund has given Curacao Wildlife a grant to
enable us to build wildlife pre-release cages which are equipped
with digital internet cameras to allow distant monitoring of
orphaned wildlife that are in training to become wild animals again
prior to their release back into the wild habitats of Curacao. Live
video stream is soon available to the public for educational
purposes. Fast, high bandwidth internet connection is required (if
